The Yaesu FTA-850L is a premium portable airband transceiver designed for aviators who demand top performance. Featuring a 2.4” full-color TFT display, 400 memory channels, and 8.33 kHz narrow band compatibility, this transceiver meets the highest aviation standards.
The built-in Bluetooth module allows wireless operation with commercially available headsets or the optional Yaesu SSM-BT10. With an integrated 66-channel WAAS GPS, the FTA-850L supports waypoint and route navigation. It also offers ILS and VOR navigation displays, showing clear CDI indications for precise flight guidance.
Built with an ultra-durable polycarbonate housing, waterproof to IPX5, and certified to MIL-STD-810H, the FTA-850L is made for demanding environments. Supplied with a 2200mAh Li-Ion battery, headset adapter, AC/DC chargers, charging cradle, alkaline backup tray, and heavy-duty belt clip.
