- High conductivity copper core – outstanding heat and electrical transfer inside a nickel sleeve, resistant to corrosive gases.
- Proprietary glass center seal – fired-in resistor replaces multi-part stacks, eliminating resistance instability and misfires.
- High alumina ceramic insulator – superior strength, dielectric properties and protective glaze, with “Clean Collar” V-tip to reduce fouling and control heat range.
- Nickel finish – durable, eco-friendly electrolytic nickel finish with excellent corrosion resistance and wear protection.
- Nickel ground electrodes – minimize sparking voltage while producing large, stable flame kernels.
- Vacuum infused center electrode – seals the electrode/insulator gap for stable heat range and cooling efficiency.
